Estimated production times:
We calculate estimated production times on our business days and operating hours which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding holidays. We post the estimated production times for each product for you to consider and select when you place your order.
Change Or Cancelation of Orders In Production:
It is critical that you choose an estimated production time that will meet your deadline because once your order goes into production we cannot change, speed up or cancel your order, we can only promise the estimated production time you have selected.
Yazy Design may cancel any contract to which these terms and conditions apply or cancel delivery of Goods at any time before the Goods are delivered by giving written notice to the Customer. On giving such notice Yazy Design shall repay to the Customer any sums paid in respect of the Price. Yazy Design shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
In the event that the Customer cancels delivery of Goods the Customer shall be liable for any loss incurred by Yazy Design (including, but not limited to, any loss of profits) up to the time of cancellation.
Approval of Final Artwork
While Yazy Design Pty Ltd takes all care to avoid errors, Yazy Design Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. “The Client” to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. The email verification of the Client’s Representative shall be conclusive as to the approval of all artwork prior to their release for printing, implementation or installation. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by “The Client’s” proof reading.
Print return and refund
It is agreed that Yazy Design Pty Ltd is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final product after the final product has been approved by the client, (approval may be given either verbally or in writing), committed to print or posted in view of the public. Yazy Design Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for changes or amendment made after approval. It is the sole responsibility of the client to notify Yazy Design Pty Ltd of any such errors during the revision cycle and before the final files have been generated.
When you place an order with Yazy Design you are asking us to incur material and labour costs to create a product that can only be used by you. Because of this unique relationship we cannot refund payments on orders that have already begun production.
In the event of a need to reprint due to errors in content, the client must inform Yazy Design Graphic Design Pty Ltd within 3 days of product acceptance, and must return the product (at the cost of the client) within 10 days of acceptance for assessment. As with all print projects, payment for re-printed project MUST be prepaid.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Print – Colour Variations
With all printing there may be some colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing system. There will be no reprints at the expense of Yazy Design Pty Ltd.
Fees For Service:
It is agreed that the fee for service shall be the cost estimates provided via email, unless work undertaken exceeds work outlined. If work undertaken exceeds the items specified in the quote, “The Client” agrees to pay appropriate fees for the excess work, outside the scope of the original agreement. Wherever possible the client will be notified of increases in the scope of the project.
Graphic Design Services:
Whatever the size of your design job, our in-house designers are eager to make your ideas a reality. Once we have reviewed all of your instructions, we will either confirm you have selected the correct amount of design help or explain why it should be less or more. Either way, We will finalize all your materials and provide you with a final estimate, based on the clarity and direction of your design job.
When you receive this final estimate confirming the amount of design help, simply confirm and order the product you need printed so we can move ahead on your graphics job.
We charge hourly rate for all design, layout or typesetting work, billed in 30-minute increments.
Due to the nature of the service provided graphic design time is non-refundable once our designers have begun any work whether that work is used for your project or not.
Privacy And Your Personal Information:
Here is a list of what Yazy Design may collect about you:

• Billing address (if you pay for a service)
• Shipping address (if you request shipping)
• IP address
• Browser type
• Location data
• Date and time of transactions
• All files you move on Yazy Design’s sites
All the materials or contents covered in the website shall be protected by the Copyright Law. Without prior written consent of Yazy Design or other parties, any content in the website shall not be copied, distributed, photocopied, played, linked or transmitted with super-links, loaded into other servers in “mirroring method”, stored in information retrieval system or used for any other commercial purpose by any person in any means, unless otherwise downloaded or printed for non-commercial and individual use (under the condition that revision shall not be made and the copyright statements or other ownership statements in the materials shall be reserved).
All trademarks and logos used and showed in Yazy Design website shall be owned by Yazy Design unless otherwise stated. All the trademarks and logos of the printer manufacturers used and showed in Yazy Design website shall be owned by their respective owners and are referred to here for descriptive purposes only.
