TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– This offer is valid until 30-12-2017 and for the first 100 clients only.
– Client must complete the required online brief form available in our website.
– This package is to be paid in full and online only using our online system available in our website.
– logo design include ( 2 logo design samples and 3 alterations for the approved logo ). design work should not exceed 2 hours of design work.
– Business cards design include ( double sided layout ). design work should not exceed 1 hour.
– 1000 business cards size 90mmx54mm, full colour matt laminated.
– Client to provide all text content for the website ( 4 photo stocks are included ).
– Domain name and hosting are free for the first 2 years.
– Domain Name is subject to availability and must not exceed $50 value ( .com or .com.au only )
– Domain Name is to be registered and booked via Yazy Design website.
– Hosting and domain renewal fees to be paid every 2 years after the first 2 years that comes with the package.
– It’s the client responsibility to renew domain name and hosting after the first 2 years that comes with the package.
– Yazy Design Pty Ltd take no responsibility for losing data of website if client missed the renewal date. All clients will be notified multiple times 1 month before renewal due date.
– Setup of Google webmaster tool and website listing is included with this package.
– Google Webmaster tools Account will include setup of the account only and don’t include training.
– Website design will include 3 pages as follow:
For all pages:
– We will build a content management system (CMS) website ( WordPress ) which will allow you to easily add content (text and images) with a minimum of technical knowledge.
– Client will be provided with access details to manage website content.
– Client will be provided with 15 minutes training on how to access website control panel and access to the online mailing system.
– We will design the site with Google in mind, however a further online marketing campaign using search engine optimization (SEO) is strongly recommended at some stage in the future, in order to maximize the number of visitors to the site.
This package is to be paid in full and online via our website only.
– Logo and business cards design 2-3 working days.
– Business cards printing 4-6 working days from the day of approval of business card layout.
– Website domain name registration, hosting registration + website design 7-10 working days
– Estimated time-frame for the entire project is 10-15 working days
Approval Of Final Artwork
While Yazy Design Pty Ltd takes all care to avoid errors, Yazy Design Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. “The Client” to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. The email verification of the Client’s Representative shall be conclusive as to the approval of all artwork prior to their release for printing, implementation or installation. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by “The Client’s” proof reading.
Print Returns and Refunds
It is agreed that the Yazy Design Pty Ltd is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final product after the final product has been approved by the client, (approval may be given either verbally or in writing), committed to print or posted in view of the public. Yazy Design Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for changes or amendment made after approval. It is the sole responsibility of the client to notify Yazy Design Pty Ltd of any such errors during the revision cycle and before the final files have been generated.
In the event of a need to reprint due to errors in content, the client must inform Yazy Design Graphic Design Pty Ltd within 3 days of product acceptance, and must return the product (at the cost of the client) within 10 days of acceptance for assessment. As with all print projects, payment for re-printed project MUST be prepaid.
Print – Colour Variations
With all printing there may be some colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing system. There will be no reprints at the expense of Yazy Design Graphic Design Pty Ltd.
Fees For Service
It is agreed that the fee for service shall be the cost estimates provided via email, unless work undertaken exceeds work outlined. If work undertaken exceeds the items specified in the quote, “The Client” agrees to pay appropriate fees for the excess work, outside the scope of the original agreement. Wherever possible the client will be notified of increases in the scope of the project.
